Job summary

Aptive Environmental, LLC is seeking a hard-working Pest Control Technician for a full-time role around Greensboro, NC. Candidates should enjoy team environments and excel at individual work. Responsibilities include resolving pest concerns, maintaining equipment, and engaging with customers. No prior experience is required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required – we will train you.
• Valid U.S. driver's license for a minimum of 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year, no more than two moving violations in the past 4 years).
• Pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient pest solution.
• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures.
• Advise customers of potential problems.
• Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes.
• Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage.
• Carry a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs.
• Work schedule includes every other Saturday.
• Will be assigned a route in your local area.
• Report to office in Greensboro once per week.
