Job summary

Mira Home in Grand Rapids is looking for a Home Care Specialist who can keep customers' homes pest-free while delivering friendly service. You will inspect residences, apply safe treatments, and document findings in a timely, professional manner.

We offer a company vehicle, independence in the field, and strong earning potential with bonuses and commissions based on performance. No experience? We train the right person to succeed with us.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record (3+ years driving experience).
• Comfortable working outdoors and entering residential homes.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and operate equipment.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Pest control experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Inspect and treat residential properties with targeted pest control solutions.
• Document pest activity and treatment details after each appointment.
• Adhere to product labels and state regulations for safety and compliance.
• Provide friendly customer service as the face of Mira Home.
• Maintain and care for company vehicle and equipment.

Pay Information:

• No Experience: $18.00 per hour
• 1-2 Years Experience: $20.00 per hour
• 3+ Years Experience: $22.00 per hour
• Bonus Potential: Up to $750 per month based on performance KPIs and upsells.
