Mira Home is seeking a Seasonal Home Care Specialist (Pest Control Technician) to lead daily field operations on a route-based schedule. This entry-level role offers training, independence, and a path to build field service experience with strong management support.

Responsibilities include inspecting and treating homes, documenting activities, following safety labels and regulations, delivering friendly customer service, and maintaining the company vehicle and equipment.

Qualifications

• Entry-level general labor or pest control experience welcomed; training provided.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (3+ years driving experience).
• Comfortable working outdoors and entering residential homes.
• Ability to lift, bend, and operate equipment.
• Willing to pass a background check and drug screening.

About the role* As a Seasonal Home Care Specialist (Pest Control Technician) , you will be the frontline hero keeping our community’s homes pest-free during our busiest season. This is a route-based position ideal for those seeking entry-level general labor or field service experience. You will join a high-energy team that values independence, where you will lead your daily operations in the field while receiving full support from our management team.

Pay Information:

• $ 18 - $19 Per Hour
• Expected schedule: Monday through Saturday 10am - 7pm, approx. 40-60 hours per week
• Season runs now through late Fall!
• Age requirement: Due to company auto insurance requirements, all candidates must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Bonus Potential: Up to $750 per month based on performance KPIs and upsells.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (3+ years driving experience).

• Physical ability to lift, bend, and operate equipment.Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Experience in pest control is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 Per Hour
