Mira Home, based in Pontiac, Michigan, is seeking a passionate Home Care Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure pest-free homes. As part of our dedicated team, you'll conduct inspections, treat properties, and document your actions while maintaining a clean service vehicle.

This full-time position offers competitive pay at $22.00 per hour, performance bonuses, and a sign-on bonus for licensed technicians. Enjoy independence in the field while being supported by a caring team that values exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record (3+ years driving experience).
• Comfortable working outdoors and entering residential homes.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and operate equipment.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Experience in pest control is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties and apply targeted pest control solutions safely.
• Record pest activity and treatment details after each appointment.
• Adhere to all product labels and state regulations to ensure safe and compliant practices.

Pay Information:

• Pay: $22.00 per hour
• Bonus Potential: Up to $750 per month based on performance KPIs and upsells
• $1000 Sign‑On Bonus - For licensed and currently registered technicians with MDARD
