Job Description

We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Pest Control Technician position located on the road around Fort Worth, TX. The individual we are looking for enjoys working in a team environment and excels individually. The position reports to our Fort Worth office once per week.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities include:

• Running daily routes to resolve customer pest concerns
• Maintaining truck and equipment
• Keeping treatment records
• Applying pesticides following laws
• Implementing efficient pest solutions tailored to customers
• Servicing all route customers per standards
• Advising customers on potential problems
• Reporting issues to management
• Managing pesticide inventory
• Carrying a 50 lbs backpack while working
• Working every other Saturday

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary; training provided
• Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years
• Clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation in past year, 2 in past 4 years)
• Drug test and background check required
