We are seeking a hardworking, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Pest Control Technician position based in the McKinney, TX area, reporting to our Plano, TX office once per week. The ideal candidate enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $16 - $20 an hour

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily routes to resolve customer pest concerns
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper condition
• Accurately record treatments provided
• Apply pesticides following all laws and regulations
• Provide expert pest solutions tailored to customer needs
• Maintain and service all route customers per standards
• Advise customers on potential problems
• Report issues to management
• Manage pesticide inventory responsibly
• Work in local areas with assigned routes
• Carry a backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs
• Work schedule includes every other Saturday

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary; training provided
• Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years
• Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year, no more than two in the past four years)
• Drug test and background check required
