Job summary

Aptive Environmental, LLC is looking for a full-time Pest Control Technician to service routes around Ferndale, MI, reporting to Farmington Hills weekly. The role offers a company vehicle, gas card, paid training, and a strong benefits package, with bonuses and incentives.

You will work outdoors in your local area, handling treatments and maintaining equipment in good order. Candidates should have a valid US driver's license and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Must have US driver’s license valid for at least 3 years.
• Clean driving record required (no more than 1 moving violation in past year, 2 in past 4 years).
• Drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires.
• No experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and handle pesticides in compliance with state and federal laws.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing effective pest solutions.
• Maintain and service all route customers per company standards.
• Advise customers of potential problems and keep management informed of issues.
