Job summary

Aptive Environmental, LLC is seeking a hard-working Pest Control Technician to cover routes around Everett, WA. This full-time on-site role includes a company vehicle, paid training, and overtime opportunities; you’ll report to the Everett office weekly.

You’ll resolve customer pest concerns, maintain equipment, and follow state laws while building strong local relationships with customers and teammates in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires no prior pest control experience; training will be provided.
• A US driver’s license valid for at least 3 years is required.
• A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year).
• A drug test and background check will be performed for all new hires.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route to resolve customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments administered.
• Mix, apply and handle pesticides in compliance with state and federal laws.
• Advise customers on potential problems and solutions; maintain route inventory.
