What do our Pest Control Technicians do?

The primary role involves providing pest management services for residential customers, including inspections, pest identification, treatment application, and preventative advice, all while following safety regulations and communicating effectively with clients.

Responsibilities Include:

• Inspect client properties for signs of pests and damage
• Apply pest control products safely and effectively
• Educate customers on pest prevention
• Build customer relationships and assist with sales
• Maintain pest control equipment
• Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines
• Operate company vehicle safely

Essential Job Functions:

• Work in confined spaces and around animals, insects, and chemicals
• Work outdoors and indoors in various weather conditions
• Perform physical activities such as climbing, kneeling, and crawling
• Wear PPE, including respirators

What do you need?

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Pre-employment background check clearance
• Availability to work weekdays and weekends
• Willingness to learn pest control techniques
• Good communication skills
• Customer service experience preferred
