Job summary

Lookout Pest Control, Inc. is hiring a Pest Control Technician to protect homes and businesses from pests in Fort Mill, SC. You’ll perform treatments, inspections, and create customized pest plans to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• English fluency required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must pass post-offer drug screening

Responsibilities

• Abide by company safety policies and regulatory requirements including application, storage, and mixing of product, donning PPE, and safe operation of equipment, vehicles, and tools
• Operate company vehicle safely and lawfully
• Obtain and maintain licenses and registrations through testing and continuing education
• Ensure proper maintenance and operation of equipment and vehicle
• Collaborate with customers to schedule or confirm appointments and prep for services
• Inspect exterior of properties and identify pests and signs of activity
• Discuss findings, treatment options, and payments with customers
• Treat interior areas such as attics, basements, and crawl spaces as needed
• Record services, pest activity, products used, and graphs as per policy
• Remove cobwebs from exterior structures
• Collaborate with Sales to generate leads for additional services
• Attend required training and meetings
• Perform other duties as required
