Job summary

Rocket Pest Control in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a dedicated Pest Control Technician to manage a territory and protect homes from insects, rodents and other pests using Sentricon systems and approved methods.

You will perform inspections, installation of traps and barriers, and coordinate with customers and the sales team to meet needs while adhering to safety and training standards. Regular hours Mon-Fri with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of 30-day training and minimum CEUs annually.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and walk/climb as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Valid driverense and eligibility for insurance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service schedules on assigned route and contact customers prior to service.
• Inspect Sentricon systems and wildlife traps to implement pest control strategies.
• Set up traps, install Sentricon stations and perform termite-related work.
• Install barriers and perform home repairs to seal gaps in structures.
• Provide liquid treatments for pests and supervise safe application.
• Communicate with customers and sales staff to meet needs.
• Complete service paperwork promptly and maintain vehicle and tools.
