Job summary

Rentokil Terminix is seeking an Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control, TAP insulation installation, and light construction tasks. You will interact with customers to explain services and ensure satisfaction while performing exclusion and wildlife removal as needed.

The role requires high school level education or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work Monday through Saturday as needed. Safety training and PPE will be provided.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math abilities and comfort following product labels.

Responsibilities

• Pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients.
• Install TAP insulation and manage related site prep and cleanup.
• Assist with light construction or repair work related to pest activity.
• Interact with customers to explain services and ensure satisfaction.
