Job summary
Arrow Exterminators in Marietta, GA is seeking a full-time Termite and Mosquito Tech Supervisor to lead a busy pest control team and ensure top-notch service for customers. The role offers 40+ hours per week and competitive pay $20-$25/hour, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent; college preferred.
- Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient with Paycom, PestPac, Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Proven sales results track record.
- Strong organizational and math skills.
- Able to pass state licensing exams.
- 40+ hours per week; available weekends/holidays.
- Valid driver's license with clean record.
- Industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize tasks and oversee appointments and service tickets.
- Lead daily check-ins to keep the team prepared.
- Provide coaching, training, and field support; assist to achieve monthly goals with Branch Manager.
