Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Conflict resolution and coaching experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate Paycom, PestPac, Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Must be able to pass state licensing exams and work 40+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee appointment scheduling and service tickets, ensuring smooth operations.
• Conduct daily team check-ins and provide coaching and field support.
• Lead and motivate team to meet monthly performance goals with Branch Manager.
• Manage coverage and respond to field needs to maintain service quality.
