Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred.

• Ability to operate Paycom, PestPac, Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Must be able to pass state licensing exams and work 40+ hours.

In this role, you’ll put your leadership skills to work, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. With a typical schedule of 40+ hours per week, competitive pay of $20 - $25/hour, and fantastic benefits, this is your chance to take the next step in your career!

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Here’s what we need from you:

• High school degree or equivalent (college preferred)
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to multitask
• Effective verbal and written communication

• Ability to operate internal applications and software (Paycom, PestPac, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
• Proven track record in achieving sales results
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to pass any state regulatory agency-required licensing exams
• Ability to work 40+ hours/week
• Availability after hours (including weekends/holidays)
• Current driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Industry experience (preferred)
