Responsibilities

Where and how will you serve customers?

• Complete our award-winning company-paid training to learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route and become a Pro
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for comprehensive pest management
• Act as a problem solver to determine the most effective pest solutions for each customer
• Complete all service-related documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy

Qualifications

What do you need to be successful?

• No experience required—training provided
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage routes, and interact with customers
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely with or without accommodations:

• Use ladders within weight limits
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops, including climbing and balancing
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators
• Work in various weather conditions
