Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company-paid training to learn the skills for managing a pest control service route.
2. Prepare and install home services such as attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulation, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers.
3. Drive a company vehicle following a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals.
4. Interact with customers, setting expectations and guiding them through the process for satisfaction.
5. Provide solutions tailored to customer needs, solving problems efficiently.
6. Complete all service documentation using your handheld device for accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, including:

• Using ladders within weight limits.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Accessing crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing.
• Wearing PPE, sometimes including OSHA-compliant respirators.
• Working in various weather conditions.
