Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company-paid training to learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route and become a Pro.
2. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals.
3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for comprehensive pest management.
4. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions for each customer.
5. Complete all service-related documentation using your provided hand-held device for accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

1. No experience required; training provided.
2. Preferred: New Hampshire Pesticide Applicator’s License.
3. High school diploma or equivalent.
4. Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
5. Ability to work independently in the field and manage routes.
6. Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Work Environment

Must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely with or without accommodations:

• Use of ladders within weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing.
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators when required.
• Work in various weather conditions.
