Responsibilities

Where and how will you serve customers?

  1. Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route to become a Pro.
  2. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
  3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services to meet their pest management needs.
  4. Serve as a problem solver to decide on the most efficient pest solutions for each customer.
  5. Complete all service-related documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

What do you need to be successful?

  • No experience required—we'll train you to be a Pro!
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
  • Ability to work independently in the field, managing routes and interacting with customers.
  • We consider all qualified applicants in accordance with applicable laws.
Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

  • Use ladders within weight capacity.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
  • Wear PPE, sometimes requiring OSHA-compliant respirators.
  • Work in various weather conditions.
