Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training and learn the skills required to manage a pest control service route as a Pro.
2. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services to meet their pest management needs.
4. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions for each customer.
5. Complete all service-related documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

What do you need to be successful?

• No Experience Required — we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage route-based assignments, and interact with customers.

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators when necessary.
• Work in various weather conditions.
