Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Fort Worth is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service during maintenance visits, inspecting for pests and applying treatments while building lasting relationships.

You will follow safety guidelines, maintain records, and coordinate with the office to ensure seamless service delivery. The role includes driving a company vehicle and meeting licensing requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving history (essential to operate company vehicle).
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods with safety PPE.
• Inspect properties for pest activity and recommend solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments and maintaining service records.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies and safety standards while using scheduling tech for appointments.
