Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Sterling, VA is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional service during scheduled maintenance by inspecting for pests, applying treatments, and building lasting customer relationships. The role requires strong communication, accurate records, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds with safety gear provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided)

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments following safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend solutions.
• Provide excellent service by explaining treatments, answering questions, and maintaining service records.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
