Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Chandler is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service during scheduled maintenance by inspecting for pest activity, applying effective treatments, and building lasting client relationships.

You will communicate with customers, keep accurate service records, and maintain equipment while following safety guidelines. The role offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history (company vehicle essential).
• State-required pest control training/licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods with safety PPE.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Explain treatments, answer questions, maintain service records, and coordinate with the office.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure readiness and quality.
• Follow policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while using technology to manage appointments.
