EcoShield Pest Solutions in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service during scheduled maintenance by inspecting for pests, applying treatments, and building lasting relationships.

You will follow safety guidelines, maintain records, and communicate with the office. This role requires a valid driver's license, 1+ year of customer service, and pest control licensing where applicable.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• State-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

Position Summary

This position offers an hourly base pay range of $16.00 - $18.00, plus additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earning beyond base pay will vary based on sales.

Physical Demands And Working Requirements

• Capable of regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting.
• Requires clear vision for both close and distant tasks, with adjustable focus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, perform physical tasks, and manage repetitive motions.
• Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear required.
