Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Utah is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service during scheduled maintenance visits, inspecting for pest activity, and applying effective treatments.

You will explain treatments, maintain service records, drive company vehicles, and keep equipment and inventory ready while adhering to safety standards and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
