Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking an Additional Services Technician to perform termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, and exclusion work with a focus on quality and safety. You will deliver hands-on services, explain treatment plans to customers, document activities accurately, and maintain equipment and records, while following company procedures and safety guidelines.

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction-related tasks.
• Ability to operate ladders and power tools safely and effectively.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ consecutive years of driving history.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, and exclusion work.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with attention to quality and detail.
• Explain treatment plans, features and benefits to customers and address questions.
• Follow service routes and schedules; coordinate with office staff for efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, services and appointments using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment and PPE for safety and efficiency.
• Promote customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and adhering to procedures.
