Pest Control Service Technician - Up to $2,500 Signing Bonus!

We provide outdoor pest control services to residential and commercial customers, eliminating and repelling outdoor pests such as mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas. Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 40-60 lbs. of mosquito control gear with ease.
• Willingness to perform outdoor duties in various weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; determination and passion are essential.
• Mosquito control certification or relevant experience is not required but is a plus. Training and certification will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of mosquito biology and control techniques; in-house training will be provided.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean background check.
• Comfortable driving a vehicle to service locations.
• Confidence to handle any flying pests, big or small.
• Professional attitude with a creative approach to mosquito control.
• Friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
• Reliability and punctuality; mosquitoes don’t take days off.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect properties for mosquito activity using detective skills.
• Apply larvicide and adulticide treatments to control mosquitoes.
• Monitor and protect customers from returning pests.
• Keep detailed records of treatments and mosquito activity.
• Maintain and repair equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Follow safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Promote our mosquito control services enthusiastically.
