Responsibilities

Where and how will you serve customers?

• Complete award-winning, company-paid training to learn the skills for managing pest control service routes as a Pro
• Drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for a complete pest management program
• Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions for each customer
• Complete all service documentation using the provided handheld device for speed and accuracy

Qualifications

What do you need to be successful?

• No experience required—training provided!
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid)
• Ability to work independently in the field, managing routes and customer interactions

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Use ladders within weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing or balancing
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators
• Work in various weather conditions
