Pay Rate

$750 – $1,000 / week

Job Description

$1,000.00 signing bonus for TN State Department of Agriculture Category 7 Certified Technicians. We offer up to a 28% production bonus.

General Responsibilities:

• Inspects homes and premises for signs of pests or infestation.
• Identifies the pest and the best ways to control and remove it.
• Measures the dimensions of the area needing treatment.
• Works both indoors and outdoors and often in tight spaces that may require crawling or kneeling.
• Uses baits and sets traps to remove or kill pests.
• Applies pesticides in and around homes and buildings.
• Designs and carries out pest management plans.
• Drives trucks equipped with power spraying equipment.
• Creates barriers to prevent pests from entering a building.
• Directs or assists other workers in treatment or extermination processes to eliminate or control rodents, insects, or weeds.
• Educates clients on techniques for reducing pest problems.
• Cuts or bores openings in buildings or surrounding concrete, accesses infested areas, inserts nozzle, and injects pesticide.
• Complies with all safety and environmental laws and regulations.
• Cleans work site after completion of job.
• Maintains accurate records.
