EcoShield Pest Solutions in Houston, TX is seeking a Service Technician to deliver interior and exterior pest control with safety, accuracy, and strong customer communication. Base pay is $16.00 per hour, with additional compensation opportunities based on sales; weekly pay and benefits are included.

You will inspect properties, explain treatments, maintain records, drive company vehicles, and follow safety guidelines.

Formación

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving history; company vehicle use.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Position Summary

The Service Technician delivers exceptional customer service during scheduled maintenance appointments by inspecting for pest activity, providing effective treatment solutions, and building lasting customer relationships. This role helps ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication, attention to detail, and consistent service excellence.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

This position offers an hourly base pay of $16.00, plus additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earning beyond base pay will vary based on sales.
