EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to deliver scheduled interior and exterior pest control treatments, inspect for activity, and build lasting customer relationships. Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

This position offers an hourly base pay range of $16.00 - 18.00, plus additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earning beyond base pay will vary based on sales.

Physical Demands And Working Requirements

• Capable of regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting.
• Requires clear vision for both close and distant tasks, with adjustable focus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, perform physical tasks, and manage repetitive motions.
• Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear required.
• Moderate noise level in the work environment.
