Hawx Pest Control in Baton Rouge, LA is hiring a Pest Control Service Professional. You will inspect and treat residential and commercial properties using safe, environmentally responsible products and provide top-tier customer service.

We welcome candidates from blue-collar backgrounds and will provide training. This full-time role requires physical work, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, a valid driver's license, and a focus on safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform pest control visits at residential and commercial sites following safety guidelines.
• Deliver premier customer service to resolve pest issues.
• Read and interpret pesticide labels to correctly mix products based on areas measured and quantities needed.
• Record work activities and complete all paperwork after finishing services.
• Execute residential pest management routes with high levels of service and efficiency.
• Perform duties of a pest/mosquito/termite service professional: consultation, inspection, and treatments.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicle, and fuel card.
• Address customer concerns using integrated pest management strategies.
• Adhere to safety policies and reinforce a culture of safety within the team.
