Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (direct, door-to-door, phone, or service-based) preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed goals.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Comfortable prospecting and cold-calling new customers to secure new business and upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers to share the benefits of our services (phone, email, texting or in person).
• Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
• Provide accurate, timely quotes and follow up to close business.
• Develop strong relationships with residential and commercial customers.
• Represent Pest Hunters/Humbug Holiday Lighting with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Prospect and cold-call potential customers.
