Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in the field with strong customer service
• Willingness to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (training/licensing covered)

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals
