Job summary

Orkin is seeking an energetic Sales Inspector to protect homes with termite and pest solutions. You’ll conduct 360 inspections, present trusted recommendations, and build lasting relationships with homeowners while earning a strong income through base pay plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field and while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required. We cover the cost of training and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior inspections.
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk.
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions.
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service.
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology.
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals.
