Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops as needed.
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirator.

Responsibilities

• Conducting full-home inspections (attic to crawl space).
• Close sales by explaining value and long-term protection of our services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using an iPad.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
