Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to perform 360 home inspections, identify pest concerns, and recommend customized protection plans. This role emphasizes customer-focused communication, problem solving, and building trusted relationships with homeowners.

You will educate customers on findings, present solutions, and manage schedules and sales activities to meet income goals in a dynamic field role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required. We cover the cost of training and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections.
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk.
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions.
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service.
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology.
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals.
