Orkin is hiring a Sales Inspector to perform 360 interior and exterior home inspections, identify termite activity, and educate homeowners on protective solutions. You will design customized plans, build trust with clients, and manage your sales pipeline to meet income goals.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification; training/licensing costs covered.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections.
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk.
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions.
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service.
• Follow up on leads and generate referral opportunities.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology.
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals.
