Job summary

Orkin in the United States is seeking a results-driven Sales Inspector to conduct thorough interior and exterior home inspections and recommend termite protection solutions. You will build trust with homeowners, explain findings clearly, and design tailored protection plans while meeting ambitious income targets.

Qualified applicants will have strong sales and customer service skills, the ability to work independently in the field, and may obtain the required pesticide license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required. We cover the cost of training and licensing.
• Ability to work independently in the field and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections.
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk.
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions.
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service.
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology.
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals.
