Job summary

Orkin is seeking a motivated Sales Inspector to conduct 360 interior and exterior home inspections, identify pest risks, and recommend tailored protection plans. You will build trust with homeowners, close deals, and grow a rewarding sales career with full training and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred!
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required. We cover the cost of training and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections.
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk.
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions.
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service.
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology.
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals.
