Job summary

Ryan Specialty, LLC is seeking a Product Head, Pest Control Program to own underwriting discipline, portfolio performance, and profitability. You will lead strategy, governance, and collaboration with carrier and capital partners to drive sustainable growth and high-quality execution.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in commercial underwriting, strong leadership, and a proven ability to build strategic partnerships, mentor teams, and align talent with capital resources to scale a niche

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
10+ years of commercial property and casualty underwriting experience.
Experience leading underwriting teams and developing underwriting talent.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute underwriting strategy for the Pest Control Program.
Own overall product portfolio performance, including premium growth, retention, new business production, loss ratio results, geographic distribution, class mix, and underwriting quality.
Lead underwriting execution and ensure adherence to underwriting strategy across the portfolio.
Partner with carrier and reinsurance partners to ensure alignment on portfolio performance and strategic objectives.
