You will build relationships with TPAs, vendors, and data partners while guiding pricing methodologies and reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required.
• Experience: 10+ years of commercial property and casualty underwriting experience, withGPGA/MGA portfolios or niche programs preferred.
• Leadership: experience leading underwriting teams and developing underwriting talent.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership: Develop and execute underwriting strategy for the Pest Control Program and oversee portfolio performance.
• Underwriting Performance & Talent Leadership: Lead underwriting execution, accountability for pricing, profitability, and service standards; recruit and develop talent.
• Capital & Carrier Relationships: Partner with carrier, reinsurance, and capital providers; present portfolio results and negotiate bespoke structures.
• Business & Strategic Partnership Management: Manage partnerships with TPAs, vendors, data partners, and other service providers.
• Reporting, Analytics & Governance: Establish portfolio metrics, ensure data quality, and provide transparent reporting to leadership.
• Distribution & Market Development: Collaborate with distribution leaders and brokers to drive growth and market reach.
