Job summary

Orkin is seeking an energetic Pro to protect homes and families. No industry experience required, as a comprehensive training program is provided to build your skills from day one.

You will drive a company vehicle on scheduled routes, engage with customers to tailor pest control solutions, and document each service using a handheld device for speed and accuracy. A strong work ethic and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• No prior pest control experience required; extensive training provided.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Complete company-paid training to learn daily pest control route operations.
• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route, ensuring timely arrival at customers.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services.
• Serve as a problem solver to recommend the best pest solutions for each customer.
• Complete service documentation using handheld device for speed and accuracy.
