Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Orkin Pro to join a veteran team delivering top-notch pest protection. You’ll complete award-winning training, operate a company vehicle on a defined route, and build strong customer relationships while ensuring safety and high service standards.

No industry experience is required; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. This is a full-time, on-site role offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with customers

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
• Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken and ensure satisfaction
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property and safety compliance
