Orkin, LLC is seeking Pest Control Technicians (Will Train) in the United States. You will start with award-winning training and learn to safely protect homes and businesses on assigned routes.

The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and customer service as you grow with the team. No prior pest control experience is needed, and after the initial training you will be prepared to obtain the required pesticide license within the first 90 days.

Qualifications

• No experience required—training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning training to learn the skills needed to serve customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory.
• Operate a company vehicle safely with fuel card.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as a problem solver for each customer with empathy and Orkin Pro expertise.
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken and discuss additional services.
• Inspect interiors and exteriors of properties; training provided.
• Complete required service documentation on a handheld device.
