Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Pest Control Service Technician (Will Train) in the United States. You’ll join a team with 120+ years of experience, receive award-winning company-paid training, a company vehicle with a gas card, and a comprehensive benefits package. No industry experience required to start a career with Orkin Pro.

You’ll drive a route, service customers, and help determine the best pest control solutions while gaining hands-on experience through Orkin’s industry-leading training program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning training to operate a pest control service route as a Pro.
• Drive company vehicle and follow a route schedule within territory.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services.
• Serve as a problem solver to decide on the best pest solution for each customer.
• Complete service-related documentation using the provided handheld device.
