Job summary

Orkin is seeking motivated individuals to join as an Orkin Pro, delivering pest management services on residential and commercial routes. No industry experience is required; we provide award-winning training and tools to succeed.

You'll protect homes and businesses, follow safety protocols, and build trusted relationships with customers. As you grow, expect extensive paid training, a benefits package, a company vehicle after training, and opportunities to advance within a mission-driven team

Qualifications

• No industry experience required – training provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning training to learn skills and knowledge for serving customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow route schedule and arrive safely at each customer’s location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain vehicle/equipment.
• Communicate with customers to explain actions and discuss additional services.
• Document all service-related activities in handheld device.
