Orkin is hiring in Michigan to join our award-winning pest control team. We train from day one and welcome applicants with strong customer service backgrounds, even without pest control experience. As an Orkin Pro, you’ll protect homes and businesses, work with a company vehicle, and grow into leadership roles.

No prior industry experience is required; we provide comprehensive training. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and dependable service, with earnings potential in the $50k–$60k range

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Lift up to 50 lbs and safely access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops.
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest protection and communicate clearly with customers.
• Identify pest issues inside/outside homes or businesses; full training provided.
• Explain findings and recommend services to clients.
• Log service reports and customer interactions using handheld devices.
