Job summary

Orkin is seeking motivated individuals to join as Orkin Pros, delivering on the promise of a safe place to live, work, and play behind pest control’s best-known brand. Candidates will complete award-winning training, follow safety protocols, and operate a company vehicle while meeting customers in homes or businesses to assess needs and provide effective pest

Qualifications

• No experience required – training provided to become a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers inside businesses or homes.

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely arrival at each location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
