Job summary

Orkin is seeking an entry-level Pro to join our team and protect homes and businesses from pests. You will receive comprehensive paid training from day one, with no prior pest control experience necessary.

Learn proven inspection and treatment methods while supporting customers and upholding safety standards. You will work with a supportive team, use a company vehicle and mobile devices, and have opportunities to grow into leadership roles as you develop customer service and problem-solving

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Wear PPE and follow safety protocols.
• Willingness to climb, crawl, and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest protection and communicate clearly with customers.
• Identify pest issues inside and outside homes or businesses.
• Explain findings and recommend services to customers.
• Follow safety protocols while conducting services and using equipment.
• Handle company vehicles, tools, and materials safely.
• Log findings and customer interactions using handheld devices.
